Required final sections

Operator identity, eligibility, account security, and permitted business use.
Subscription price, billing period, taxes, trials, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules.
Customer instructions, lawful recording, participant notice, and prohibited content.
Ownership, limited service license, confidentiality, and feedback.
Availability, support, changes, suspension, and termination.
Warranty disclaimers, allocation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution.
Data-processing terms and an enterprise data-processing agreement where required.
